Sabco's Little Guy…The "T.C.B."
Tactical Concealment Blanket
The T.C.B. was developed at the request of one of the Police Departments we work with, they had a need for simple perimeter concealment which could be deployed in seconds…we've got you covered!
The T.C.B. is packed into its' own stuff sack for carry and storage, its stored size is approximately 12 inches long and 5 inches in diameter. It weighs less than one pound.
To deploy the T.C.B., simply pull the material out of the bag. The bag remains attached to the back of the blanket to prevent loss.
At 5 feet wide and 6.5 feet long, the T.C. B. is large enough to cover almost any user, and can also be used to create a blind, cover equipment or a position.
Hand Straps are located at the top edge of the Blanket for movement and security.
Once the Blanket is pulled out and wrapped around the user using the hand straps, simply lay down or crouch in position.
The pattern pictured is Military Woodland Green.
| As with any camouflage and concealment, if existing cover exists it is always a good idea to take advantage of it. In many cases simply removing the human form will prevent identification, but if natural vegetation is available use it to your advantage.
The obvious position to the right would be deeper into the brush, teaming the vegetation with the blanket for complete concealment.
The user is much less visible here, even without moving deeper into the brush simply by covering the face.
The 3-D material can be seen through, so visibility is not compromised but concealment is improved.
The T.C.B. is machine washable and actually improves with age.
