The Ruck Cover (Field Pack
Cover) was designed to be a complementary accessory to the D-2
Tracker / Stalker or as a stand alone concealment accessory. The cover is
meant to fit over and conceal the Modular Lightweight Load Carrying
Equipment (MOLLE) and/or Ruck Sack while in use or off of the body.
The pack cover has a double pull zipper and has been
designed to be intentionally loose fitting to enable
easy access to equipment contained in the MOLLE. Each external pocket can be
accessed, as well as the main compartments without removal. An internal draw
cord secures it to the pack. (Large size pictured).
Three sizes are available, regular (fits the SMALL
ALICE pack), Large (Fits the STANDARD MOLLE), and
X -Large
(fits the EXPANDED MOLLE).
Each system is marked with an internal sewn in tag
identifying the size, NSN number, pattern, contract number (if applicable),
and date of manufacture. The tag also provides simple instructions for the
